She holds an LLB from the University of the Free State and is a proud mother of boys, balancing family life with a career of remarkable achievements.

As the founder of Contract Alchemists, Leah empowers legal teams to embrace digital transformation through technology, legal operations, and agile practices. She is also a guest lecturer, inspiring legal professionals to adopt forward-thinking approaches that drive innovation.

Leah’s leadership extends across multiple platforms, including her roles with the Global Legal Tech Hub and Women in Tech South Africa, where she advocates for diversity and inclusion in the legal and technology sectors.
