Jazmine Wesley is an intrinsically motivated contract management professional whose work ethic promises integrity and an uncompromising commitment to quality. She has worked in the aerospace and defense industry over 14 years. As a Senior Contracts Manager, she has 11 years of direct experience in contract execution, and sole source/competitive proposal management, primarily with the U.S. Government, as well as customers in the commercial and international market. Developmental career rotations in Business Management, Export Management, Procurement, and Subcontracts Management helped her garner a well-rounded perspective in her Contracts expertise.

In a volunteer capacity, Jazmine served on the Board of Directors for the National Contract Management Association’s (NCMA) Greater Baltimore chapter in Baltimore, Maryland from 2016-2017. She has served as Education Director and Treasurer for the NCMA’s San Diego chapter in San Diego, California from 2019-2022. Jazmine held the role of President of the San Diego NCMA chapter from 2022-2023. In her community, Jazmine is a mentor for Promises2Kids, a nonprofit organization which provides support and a brighter future for foster children. Jazmine also attends Bayview Church and is actively involved in the church’s women’s ministry.

Mrs. Wesley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Norfolk State University, a Master of Business Administration from American InterContinental University, and a Master of Science degree in Government Contracts from the George Washington University. She is a 2021 graduate of NCMA’s Contract Management Leadership Development Program (CMLDP). In 2022, Jazmine earned the prestigious Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) credential demonstrating her expertise in all elements of contract administration.

A native Virginian, Jazmine lives in the Golden State with her husband, two children, and German Sheppard. She is an avid health-enthusiast and can be found hiking, cooking, or juicing in her free time.
